Badham Farm was once part of Prince Charles' Duchy Estate and is situated amongst delightful woodland in the Looe Valley. The grounds of 10 acres are peaceful and quiet and are bordered by a small stream.

There is a well stocked coarse fishing lake for those interested in the sport. If you are not a fisherman, you can just relax and watch the fish and many varieties of birds including buzzards, herons, kingfishers, wild ducks, wrens, jays, blue tits, finches and many kinds of dragon flies.

Spa and Gym

We are pleased to announce that our new Spa and Gym are open and available for use by our guests. We have a range of cardio-vascular equipment for use, and also a Jacuzzi.

The Jacuzzi has many different settings to give a large range of hydromassage with water and air jets at a comfortable temperature to ease away those aches and pains.

The facilities are available for our guests to use in privacy and can be booked for sessions of 90 minutes at a time. There is a TV and hifi system if you need to relax in the Jacuzzi, and there is a sophisticated underwater lighting system which enhances your experience. A great way to start your day with a gentle work-out and a lovely way to end the day with a long soak.

Indoor Leisure Facilities include:

  With pool table and darts, table tennis room, children's room with books, games and toys.

  With bar billiards open every evening.

Outdoor Leisure Facilities include:

• Full size hard tennis court
  Racquets and balls available from the shop.
• Putting Green
  9 holes situated on a slope to add interest and test your skill.
  2 putters and balls supplied in each unit free of charge.
• Badminton Court
  Outside badminton court by the games room - racquets and shuttle cocks available from the shop.
• Fishing Lake
  Coarse fishing, Rudd, Carp, Tench and Roach. Permits required.
• Woodland walks
  Explore our new forest untouched for over 30 years

• Barbecue
  Gas barbecues supplied.
• Picnic Area
  Under trees with tables and bench seating.
  
• Children's Play Area
  With swings, climbing frame, trampoline etc.
• Animal and Bird Paddock
  With chickens, ducks, goats, rabbits and guinea pigs. Help feed the animals morning and evening.

We are now able to offer a baby sitting service on site using reliable - mature, CRB checked girls.
This can be arranged at 24 hrs notice whilst you are resident on site.

Whilst at Badham Farm you can now hire a variety of Mountain Bikes. These bikes all have front suspension and either 18 or 21 gears. We also hire out Bike Carriers - so guests can drive to a safe cycling location such as the Camel Trail or Cardinham Woods or the old Mineral Tramway cycle routes and enjoy safe cycling for adults and children. Helmets are provided. We have a selection of Ladies, Gents, Children's bikes as well as 'Tag Along' bikes. Rates are very competitive in comparison to other hirers. You can enjoy a very different day out and really enjoy the beauty of South East Cornwall.

Looe Valley Branch Line

A railcar service operates between Liskeard and Looe and stops on request at Causeland Halt which is adjacent to the grounds of Badham Farm.
